Welcome to the Fazio website, which is owned and managed by Fazio Menswear. Our products are available to you on the website subject to our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order. By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to bound by the terms and conditions. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to orders placed subsequent to such changes in the terms and conditions. Reproduction of any part of this website is prohibited. All the products on this website are supplied by Fazio Menswear.
Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the products descriptions, colour or other content available on the website is accurate, complete or reliable. All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Shipping & Returns
Orders & Cancellation
Once you have placed your order we will contact you by e mail to confirm your purchase. If any items ordered can not be delivered within our standard delivery timescale we will inform you by e mail or telephone. Should you wish to cancel your order, any monies paid will be refunded in full.
Please note, additional costs can occur depending on weight and value of items. Customers will be informed of any additional costs and contacted prior to shipping to obtain payment.
Please don't hesitate to ask for the tracking number if you would like to track your order.
If you're not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the order date as long as the item is in original resalable condition.
Once we receive the return, we will issue an exchange or a full refund (excluding p+p costs) to the card the order was placed with. Before an exchange can be approved, we require customers to cover the p+p costs for the new item. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or are not in original condition (this includes bags and tags).
Additionally, if returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
When sending goods back to us, we recommend to use a delivery service that offers insurance and tracking facility. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the return delivery cost.

Distance Selling Regulations
The United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations state that you have the right to cancel your order for any items purchased for a full refund. In the event of a cancellation please inform us in writing. This must be done within 7 days of delivery of your item(s). E-mail is acceptable and should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
On acceptance of cancellation the goods must be returned in their original condition within 14 days.
This returns policy does not affect your statuary rights.

Duty and Customs
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and custom charges. It is important to note that we do not cover the cost of import duties on the arrival or return of items. Note that when returning items to us, we take no responsibility for goods before they reach us.
