Delivery on UK orders over £100 is free of charge. UK orders under £100 are charged £6 per item. Estimated delivery on UK orders is 3-5 working days.

European (EU) orders are £15 per item. Please allow up to 6-8 working days for delivery on European orders before contacting us.

International orders (everywhere outside Europe) are £20 per item. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery on international orders before contacting us.

Please note, additional costs can occur depending on weight and value of items. Customers will be informed of any additional costs and contacted prior to shipping to obtain payment.

If you're not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the order date as long as the item is in original resalable condition.

Once we receive the return, we will issue an exchange or a full refund (excluding p+p costs) to the card the order was placed with. Before an exchange can be approved, we require customers to cover the p+p costs for the new item. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or are not in original condition (this includes bags and tags).

Additionally, if returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.

When sending goods back to us, we recommend to use a delivery service that offers insurance and tracking facility. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the return delivery cost.
