We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

How much is delivery?

​

Delivery on UK orders over £100 is free of charge. UK orders under £100 are charged £6 per item. European (EU) orders are £15 per item. International orders (everywhere outside Europe) are £20 per item.

How long does delivery usually take?

​

Estimated delivery on UK orders is 3-5 working days, European orders is 6-8 working days and international orders are 7-10 working days.

How do I know when my item is dispatched?

If you contact us asking for the tracking number, we will provide you with it where you can track your item.

What is your online returns policy?

​

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send the item(s) back to us in the original condition within 14 days of the order date. When sending goods back to us it is recommended to use a delivery service that is fully trackable. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the return delivery cost. For more details, please visit our returns policy page.
